New users will need to click on "Register" listed on the top right of this page. During registration, users will be asked to supply a login name and password. Login name should be last name, first initial and password should be English1, English2 or English4, depending on the class student attends. After registration, students should be able to Login to the Homepage which will display "Classes" on the left hand side. Click on "Classes" to choose the class student attends. That will take users to the page listing specific assignments and announcements.

Make-Up Policy - Monday, August 06, 2012
On the day the student returns from an absence, he or she should check the make-up folders on the yellow bookcase at the front of our classroom. The student will find a list of assignments to be completed. The teacher will supply any directions for work the student has not already downloaded from this site.

*Please note: Students have one week from the day of returning to class in order to complete assignments. Work not turned in after one week will usually not be accepted.


 

Bathroom/Water Policy - Monday, August 06, 2012
Each student will be issued three bathroom/water passes for the semester. After those passes are redeemed, then the student will owe the teacher time if he or she chooses to take a bathroom visit or goes to get water. Passes not redeemed may be turned in for extra credit at the end of the course.
 

Basic Rules for English Class - Monday, August 06, 2012
1. Be Prepared: Come to class with your homework and a pen or pencil, looseleaf paper and your textbook if needed.

2. Be Attentive: Students are expected to remain awake during class and participate in lessons.

3. Be Respectful: Students are expected to respect the teacher, themselves, and their classmates.
